Lately, I’ve been thinking for a long time about writing online.
But I was confused about where to start. I kept trying to jump into different complexities, systems, and things that, looking back, didn’t really matter that much.
After all the failures, experiments, and trial and error, I’ve come back to the same place: writing.
So I’m starting again.
Not because I have everything figured out, but because I finally feel ready to put the ideas I’ve been collecting for years into the world.
What kind of work do I actually want to do?
I want to create authentic, human-written knowledge around marketing, psychology, brand building, business, and the things I am learning along the way.
I want to share my views, research, ideas, observations, and useful resources without turning everything into complicated content.
The goal is simple: help people make better decisions and move faster.
There is already an overwhelming amount of information available online. I don’t want to add more noise.
I want to curate useful ideas, resources, and perspectives that can save people time and help them improve their work, business, thinking, and life.
My focus will increasingly be on India its markets, people, culture, businesses, and products.
India is changing rapidly. There are enormous opportunities, but understanding this market is not simple. The people, culture, economics, technology, and aspirations are all evolving together.
I want to spend time understanding those changes and contributing whatever useful knowledge I can.
There are entrepreneurs building businesses, students trying to find their direction, women building careers and companies, small businesses trying to compete, and large organisations trying to understand where India is heading.
All of them need better information, better training, better critical thinking, and more empathy.
I want my work to contribute, even in a small way, to that direction.
This website is my first step.
The direction is still blurry.
But the first step is clear.
Write.
Why do I want to write online?
I’ve had ideas and resources sitting with me for a long time.
I’ve collected things, bookmarked things, researched things, and kept telling myself that someday I would turn them into something useful.
Instead, I mostly hoarded them.
I don’t want to do that anymore.
No more gatekeeping my own ideas.
I want to publish them, see how people respond, learn from that response, and keep improving.
Writing online gives me a way to think in public.
It also gives me a way to build something slowly one idea, one piece of writing, and one experiment at a time.
What am I learning right now?
Right now, I’m learning how to write better.
I’m learning how to build a sustainable content engine.
I’m learning how to build a one-person business.
And I’m learning how to turn ideas into things that people actually find useful.
More importantly, I want to learn through doing.
Build.
Publish.
Get real feedback.
Fail.
Learn.
Build again.
I don’t want to spend years planning something that never reaches the market.
What am I changing about how I spend my time?
Over the past few months, I’ve been caught in a cycle of procrastination and hyper-distraction.
I spent too much time consuming and not enough time creating.
Writing is becoming my way back.
It gives me an outlet to step away from the noise and return to the things I actually want to build.
There are some bigger things I’m working on as well. They’re still under development, so I’ll write about them when the time is right.
For now, I’m focusing on the first step.
What do I want this website to become?
This website is about my work, ideas, expertise, services, and the resources I find useful.
But I want it to become more than a personal website.
Over time, I want it to become a place where a future knowledge worker can come to learn something useful, find direction, take notes, understand a market, improve a business, or simply think a little better.
I don’t know exactly what this website will become.
That’s okay.
I’m starting with what I know.
I’m going to write.
And I’ll figure out the rest along the way.
